If no one is available to sign for your order, they'll leave a Card to Call.

The monthly subscription for the Smart Plan includes mobile services (including calling, messaging and data) required for standard domestic Watch use by children within New Zealand. No overage charges apply for standard New Zealand calls, texts or data use. Smart Plan doesn't include any value-added services, extras or roaming. No sharers can be added to this plan. International calls will be charged at Spark’s standard rates.
Kids Watch by Alcatel and TCLMOVE App
To use the Watch, parents or caregivers must also download the TCLMOVE App (App). The App enables parents or caregivers to manage contacts, features and tracking. The App is available on iOS or Android only.
Your use of the TCLMOVE App is governed by a separate agreement between you and Alcatel. See Alcatel terms and conditions for details
Personal information about you and your child will be processed by Alcatel Lucent via the App and the Watch. Find out more about how Alcatel Lucent will handle that information
International Calling Rates (Direct-dial any landline or mobile)
For personal NZ use on your mobile only. Excludes Roaming data. Max speeds reduce to 1.2 Mbps after you reach the allocated data usage cap on your chosen plan per billing cycle. You will still be able to use your data like you did before but you will experience some degradation (such as lower video resolution) when watching video, streaming or loading images. Machine to machine services, tethering, mobile hotspots or any other similar activity that Spark considers to be non-standard personal usage is prohibited (“Prohibited Usage").
If we consider that you are engaging in Prohibited Usage we may contact you and ask you to stop such usage. If such Prohibited Usage continues despite notification from us, we may remove your subscription with unlimited texts immediately with notice.

Data Bonus Terms and Conditions
Bonus data: Spark terms and conditions apply. Bonus data on $39.99, $59.99, $79.99 and $99.99 Pay Monthly Open mobile plans only. After 12 months your data will revert to the standard plan allocation. To receive the offer, your plan must be renewed each month for 12 months. Includes upgrades and new connections. Bonus data does not rollover.
