Modern families are busier than ever. Changes to our schedules and school pick-up plans mean parents and kids need to be in constant contact. Spacetalk lets you talk to your child or send a quick text, anytime. It's a smart phone and watch that's always with your child. While your child is wearing the Spacetalk Watch, you can relax, knowing your child is where they are supposed to be. And if they're not, the AllMyTribe app will send you a notification immediately. Spacetalk is a watch with no open access to the internet, and no social media apps to distract them from the real world.

  • Keep in touch: Your kid can call and send text messages and emojis to a contact list that you choose.
  • Set a safe zone: Choose an area, such as school or home, as a safe zone. When your kid leaves this are, you'll get an alert straight to your phone letting you know they're on the move.
  • Check on your kids: When your kid's at school or a mate's place, you can check on their location using the AllMyTribe app on your phone.
  • Send an SOS alert: In an emergency, there's a button on the side of the watch. When held, an SOS alert will go to all the contacts on your kid's watch, letting everyone know there's a problem.
  • A torch: The Spacetalk kids watch has a torch that light your kid's way around a dark room.
  • No social media: While your kid can contact you via calls and messages, there's no option to use social media.
  • Water and dust resistance: The watch is resistant to water and dust, but check that your kid has taken the watch off before they shower or go for a swim.
  • Customisable: You can choose which features your kid can access at any time. Turn any off when it's time for distraction-free focus. This is ideal for school or homework time! Do all this in the AllMyTribe app on your phone.

The watch comes with our $7.99 Pay Monthly Smart Plan. This plan lets the watch stay connected 24/7 without having to worry about data balances.

Use of the Spacetalk Smartwatch requires a subscription to the AllMyTribe app. The app costs at minimum $6.99/month. You can download the AllMyTribe app from the App Store or Google Play.

Endless - Key Info

Endless Data

For personal NZ use on your mobile only. Excludes Roaming data. Max speeds reduce to 1.2 Mbps after you reach the allocated data usage cap on your chosen plan per billing cycle. You will still be able to use your data like you did before but you will experience some degradation (such as lower video resolution) when watching video, streaming or loading images. Machine to machine services, tethering, mobile hotspots or any other similar activity that Spark considers to be non-standard personal usage is prohibited (“Prohibited Usage").

Unlimited Calls and Texts

You get unlimited calls and texts to standard NZ and Australian numbers (you need to be texting or calling another person). Excludes premium and special numbers and roaming. Unlimited texts cannot be used for re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, machine to machine communication (including by using your SIM card in any other device), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity that Spark considers to be non-standard personal usage ("Prohibited Usage").

If we consider that you are engaging in Prohibited Usage we may contact you and ask you to stop such usage. If such Prohibited Usage continues despite notification from us, we may remove your subscription with unlimited texts immediately with notice.

*Max 2 watches per mobile line. Models purchased from the North American region are not supported on the Spark network.

Delivery


All orders will be shipped between one to four weeks, depending on availability or stated otherwise.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect lets you buy products online and choose which Spark store to pick them up from.

Buy an item using Click & Collect

  1. Select the product you want to buy and follow the on-screen prompts through to the checkout.
  2. When you get to the delivery page, select Click & Collect.
  3. Choose the store you want to pick the product up from.
  4. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for collection.
  5. One of our team will contact you to set up an appointment to collect your order.

Note: Not all products are available via Click & Collect. Look for the Click & Collect link under the product image to see if it's available for the product you want to buy. During Alert Level 3 you must not come to the store unless you have been contacted and have had an appointment time set up. This will ensure our team can discuss the measures in place to protect New Zealanders while picking up items in compliance with Alert Level 3.

Picking up your order

To pick up your product you will need to show one of the following forms of ID:

  • New Zealand Driver licence
  • A passport
  • An 18+ card

To keep your order safe, we'll only release your order to you. The only exception to this is if you've told us when you made the order the name of the person authorised on your account who will be picking up on your behalf. To authorise someone on your account please contact us on 123. If we are unable to confirm their authority on the account, we will not be releasing your order to them.


You can select the Click & Collect store when you check out. The store will be in contact with you as soon as possible, and they'll also get in touch if they need more information from you.
