Business Endless Wearable Plan Terms

Introduction

 

  1. These Business Endless Wearable Plan Terms are one of our Plan and Product Terms and apply when you sign up for or use the Endless Wearable Plan for business purposes. In buying these services, you understand and agree to these terms. They also apply to any use of the Endless Wearable Plan by your staff or anyone else you have authorised. If anyone in your business will be using the Endless Wearable Plan, please ensure they have also read and understood these terms. Our Business General Terms and Business Mobile and Wireless Terms also apply to these products and services.

  1. In the event of inconsistency, these Endless Wearable Plan Business Terms take precedence, followed by the Business Mobile and Wireless Terms then the Business General Terms.
  2. Different Plan Terms apply to our Endless Mobile Plan and our Endless Group Plan. 

Service Overview

 

Who is eligible to buy this plan?

 

  1. The plan is a Pay Monthly Mobile plan that can only be bought in conjunction with an Eligible Device.
  2. Customers must also have their primary device (their phone) on Spark (Prepaid or Pay Monthly). Primary device here refers to the mobile device that is used to pair with and activate the watch.
  3. The Eligible Devices for this plan are the following watches purchased from Spark: Samsung Watch 4G (42mm and 46mm), Samsung Watch Active 2 (40mm and 44mm), Samsung Galaxy Watch3 4G, Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 LTE (Classic), Samsung Galaxy Watch5 (40mm and 44mm), Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro 45mm, Samsung Galaxy Watch6 (40mm and 44mm) and Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Classic (47mm).

 

What's included?

 

  1. Unlimited standard national texts. Includes person-to-person text messages (SMS) to NZ numbers only.
  2. Unlimited standard national minutes. Includes person-to-person calling to standard NZ numbers, excluding calls to premium and special numbers and roaming.
  3. Endless Data for use in NZ (speeds reduce after 40GB to 1.2Mbps, this will impact your experience). You will still be able to use your data like you did before, but you will experience some degradation (such as lower video resolution) when watching video, streaming or loading images.

 

What isn't included?

 

  1. Value added services (for example, Spotify Premium). 
  2. Hotspotting or tethering. You cannot purchase an add-on for this either.
  3. You cannot share the inclusions of the Endless Wearable Plan or move to a Mobile Sharer plan once you've signed up for the Endless Wearable plan

Other Information

 

Notice period (cancellation)

 

  1. There's no minimum term for this plan. You can cancel this plan at any time by notifying Spark customer services. Plan charges and your service will stop 30 days after we receive your notification.

 

Traffic management
 

  1. We might also have to pause, restrict, end or slow performance of your service if it’s necessary for us to protect our networks or manage traffic over our networks. We’ve covered this at clause 6.5 of our General Terms. You also need to use our services fairly – we’ve set out our rules on this at clause 2.10 of our General Terms. View Business General Terms

 

Roaming
 

  1. The plan is capable of roaming and roaming charges will apply. View roaming charges

 

Other charges
 

  1. Spark standard rates for other services apply (like additional minutes and international calls). View standard rates
