Device Insurance competition terms

By entering this draw (the “Competition”), you agree to these Competition Terms. 

  • The promoter is Spark New Zealand Trading Limited (“Spark”). 
  • This Competition is only open to Spark account holders who are existing Spark Mobile Insurance customers and who receive an email about their insurance policies from 29 February 2024.  
  • This Competition is not open to employees of Spark, its agents, contractors, consultants, or their families (including de facto spouses) or to other persons assisting with this Competition. 
  • Only one entry per Spark account. All subsequent entries will be deemed invalid. 
  • Winners will be drawn at random and notified either in person or by phone or email between 18 March 2024 and 25 March 2024. 
  • Spark accepts no responsibility or liability for a prize winner’s enjoyment of their prize or any other costs and expenses that they may incur in relation to the prize or the winner’s enjoyment of that prize. 
  • Spark will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner, but if the winner is not able to be contacted or is unable to redeem the prize in accordance with the terms and conditions within two weeks from the first contact attempt; the prize will be redrawn in their place without liability to any person. 
  • Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash. Spark takes no responsibility for prizes that are lost or destroyed after delivery to the winner. 
  • The decisions of Spark on all matters relating to this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Spark reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner's right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.  
  • To the extent permitted by law, Spark excludes any liability it may have to entrants arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition. 
  • Any personal information collected as part of this Competition will be held by Spark in accordance with its privacy policy. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.
