The offer

Join Spark broadband and trade-in your old mobile phone to get up to $1000 off an iPhone 11 on a $59.99 Endless Mobile Plan. 

Join on any current broadband plan. The iPhone 11 must be purchased on a $59.99 Endless Mobile Plan with 36 month interest free payments. Instore only. Offer is made up of $700 account credit spread over 36 months (if you leave or downgrade before this, you will lose the rest of the credit), and up to $300 account credit when you trade-in your existing iPhone. Trade-in value varies by device and the device condition. New broadband customers only. Trade-in terms, Endless terms, and credit criteria apply.

To be eligible for this offer, you must: 

  1. Connect an eligible broadband plan to your Spark account. Eligible plans include Unplan or Unplan Entertainment. 
  2. Change your mobile phoine plan to a $59.99 Endless Mobile Plan or above. 
  3. Purchase a new iPhone 11 with 36 months interest free payments. 
  4. The eligible broadband connection, mobile plan and iPhone purchase must be charged to the same Spark account. 

The 'up to $1000 off' credit is made up of: 

  1. A $700 Spark account credit split over your 36-month interest free term ($19.95). 
  2. Up to $300 for trading in your existing iPhone (iPhone 8, 8 Plus, X XS and XR), applied as a single account credit after our Trade-in partner has completed valuation of your phone. The credit amount is dependent on the model and condiiton of the phone you trade-in, as determined by our Trade-in partner, Telegistics Limited. Up to $300 Trade-in credit is based on the trade in of an Apple iPhone X 64GB phone in excellent condition. 
Important to know
  1. If you leave or downgrade your eligible broadband or mobile plan during the 36-month term, the 36-month credit ($700, or $19.45/mth over 36 months) will be removed from your account for the remainder of the 36-month interest free payment term.
  2. You may choose any variant of the iPhone 11 with this offer. 
  3. The offer is limited to one per Spark account. 
  4. An upfront payment is required instore at the time of purchase. 
  5. The offer is available until 1st February 2021.
