What is a Digital Coach?

Our Digital Coaches act as an independent third party. We focus on providing relevant, trustworthy, impartial, and easy to understand advice and customised action plans to help your business take advantage of the internet and online tools. Plus we won’t try to sell you
something that you don’t need!
Why use a Digital Coach?

Knowing where to start and keeping up with the constant stream of changes in the online world can be overwhelming.  Training courses can be useful, but very generic, making learning difficult to apply once you get back to your business. A Digital Coach is an actual person who speaks in plain English. They’ll find out about your business, answer your questions, and help you discover and use the online tools that can help your business perform better.
What sort of business is Digital Coaching for?

Any business in any industry. Whether you’re a sole trader, employ a handful of staff or a bigger team. Whether or not you are using the internet, for any part of your business, a Digital Coach can help you get more from the internet and online tools.
What do we cover? Digital Coaches can cover these topics:
  • Digital presence and reviewing how your business appears online (i.e. web, search, social)
  • Digital Marketing, reviewing tools and approaches your business is taking to increase sales
  • Digital Productivity the tools you are using in your business
  • Staying Safe, what you are doing to securely safeguard data and services
