Spark and Netflix Radio Competition terms - Retired

  1. ZM will give listeners chances to win 12 months or 4 months of Spark’s Max Wireless or Essential Fibre broadband with Netflix Standard (HD) (worth, at the date of the Competition, $85/month). If neither Max Wireless or Essential Fibre is available at the winner’s address, the winner can elect to:     
    • Install an alternative Spark broadband service that is available at their address and Spark will provide them with a Spark credit to the value of $85 (incl GST)/month for 12 or 4 months (depending on the prize they have won). This credit must be used to purchase this alternative Spark broadband service; or      
    • Nominate another person to receive the prize provided that they live at an address where Spark’s Max Wireless or Essential Fibre is available, and they must agree to these competition terms and Spark’s broadband terms.
  2. Spark will provide the winners with a free modem if required, and will cover the shipping costs.
  3. The promotion starts on the 26th of April and ends on the 6th of May 2022.
  4. Entrants must be 18 years or older and have a New Zealand address.
  5. Listeners will have to call on 0800 DIAL ZM and answer the trivia questions.
  6. The first person to correctly answer two questions on each of the days the Competition is run will win the free 12-month Spark Max Wireless or Essential Fibre broadband plan (with Netflix Standard (HD)). The second caller on each day the Competition is run will win the free 4-month Spark Max Wireless or Essential Fibre broadband plan (with Netflix Standard (HD)). As stated in Special Rule 1, if neither plan is available at the winner’s address, the winner can elect one of the two alternative options.
  7. To be able to receive the prize, each winner must provide their contact details, including their physical address, to ZM after the call so that Spark can organise their prize. Spark will contact winners within up to 10 working days.
  8. Each winner must place their order for Spark’s Max Wireless or Fibre Essential broadband (or their alternative prize if these plans are not available at their address) within 2 months of the date they win the prize.
  9. Spark is not responsible for any winner’s existing broadband obligations to their current service provider, including the payment of any termination fees they might owe to their existing provider.
  10. Upon the expiry of each winner’s 12 month or 4 month prize, Spark will commence charging the winner for their Spark broadband plan at the then current advertised price. However, if the winner provides 30 days’ notice, Spark will terminate the plan and the winner will have no further liability.
