Keep on top of things with usage alerts - get an email or text if you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly allowance so you always know where you're at.

You'll need to be on the Spark Mobile Network to receive. When you reach your usage limit, rather than slowing your connection down, additional data will be charged to your account. Find out more about our additional charge

Note: The usage meter is updated approximately every hour under normal conditions. Usage recorded 4 hours earlier is more accurate.

 

Broadband Usage Alerts

Setup / Change Usage Alerts

  1. Log in to MySpark
  2. Click Usage
  3. Click Usage alerts
  4. Enter your Email address or Mobile Phone number
  5. Click Save

You can add up to 5 emails addresses or Spark mobile numbers.

Change my Broadband Data

Want to change your data limit or get fast broadband? Here’s how to do it:

  1.  Log in to MySpark
  2. Click Upgrade your broadband
  3. Enter your address. We will let you know what is available at your house.
  4. Select your data amount
  5. Choose if you want a landline or naked broadband
  6. Select the best plan and connection type for you eg: Fibre, Standard ADSL
  7. Click "Buy Now" and follow the prompts until you select "Confirm Order".
    This means your order and request is complete.

If you're changing to Fibre your Local Fibre company will be in touch – getting fibre can take a few weeks.
If you're changing your data limit, this could take 48 hours to change over.
