Find out how to manage My Favourites and set up call diversion.

With My Favourites you can choose three numbers you can call any time and talk for up to two hours per call for $6 per month. The numbers you choose must be either Spark mobile numbers or New Zealand landlines.

Set up diversion on your phone

Busy on another call:

  • Divert to another number by entering * 67 * [number to divert calls to] * 11 # SEND into your phone's keypad.
  • Divert to voicemail by entering * 67 * 083200000 * 11 # SEND.
  • Check the diversion set-up by entering *#67*11#SEND.
  • Turn diversion off by entering #67*11# SEND.

Divert calls straight away:

  • Divert to another number by entering * 21 *[number to divert calls to] * 11 # SEND.
  • Divert to voicemail by entering * 21 * 083200000 * 11 # SEND.
  • Check the diversion set-up by entering *#21*11# SEND.
  • Turn diversion off by entering #21**11# SEND.

When there's no answer:

  • Divert to another number by entering * 61 * [number to divert calls to] * 11 # SEND.
  • Divert to voicemail by entering * 61 * 083200000 * 11 # SEND.
  • Check the diversion set-up by entering *#61*11# SEND.
  • Turn diversion off by entering #61**11# SEND.

When a phone is off:

  • Divert to another number by entering * 62 * [number to divert calls to] * 11 # SEND.
  • Divert to voicemail by entering * 62 * 083200000 * 11 # SEND.
  • Check the diversion set-up by entering *#62*11 SEND.
  • Turn diversion off by entering #62*11# SEND.
