We don't set a cap on the amount of data you upload and download in a month.
Many factors can affect the speed of your your broadband, including the type of connection into your home, latency on the national and international network, and what other people use the internet for at peak times.
We manage all of these factors on a best efforts basis. And while we won't set a cap on the amount of data you can upload or download during the month, the factors mentioned above will affect the performance of your broadband connection.
We may use traffic management policies to make sure that the available bandwidth on the network is shared fairly and efficiently between all users. Certain types of traffic may be de-prioritised so that general web-browsing, real time applications like Skype, online games and streaming video services perform better.
We may, at our discretion, update or revise this Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately once they are posted on our website. It's your responsibility to check this Policy regularly for any modifications or updates. Your continued use of our Services after any changes have been posted on our Website indicates your acceptance of those changes.
