Installing the most recent software update available for your phone may improve performance. Here's how you can update your device.

Note: It is not possible to revert to an older version of your device’s software once you have completed an update.

Step 1:

From the start screen, swipe up on the arrow to open the menu.

Step 2:

Tap Settings.

Step 3:

Scroll down and tap Software updates.

Your device will now search for available updates.

Step 4:

If an update is available, tap Download and follow the on-screen prompts.

If no update is available, your device already has the latest software version installed.
