Resetting the network settings on your phone can resolve network connection problems.

Note: This will delete all network settings, including saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections. It will not delete any apps, data, or contacts.

Step 1:

From the home screen, swipe the arrow symbol up.

Step 2:

Tap Settings.

Step 3:

Tap Dual SIM & Mobile Network.

Step 4:

Tap a SIM card, in this case, SIM1.

Step 5:

Tap Access Point Name.

Step 6:

Tap Reset.

Step 7:

Tap Reset Access Points.

The network settings have been reset.
