Fibre requires install appointments with your Local Fibre Company. In the meantime you can get connected with 4G Wireless Broadband.
We’ll connect you on the Unplan Wireless plan that best matches your Fibre order until it’s ready. This means you’ll pay Unplan Wireless pricing up until the switch date, plus any add-ons that you have selected, for example a landline and Net Shield.
We’ll send you a modem that works with Wireless and Fibre, simply plug it in to get connected on Wireless Broadband. When you are connected your 12 month contract will start and we will begin processing your Fibre order.
