Our Spark IT partners will help empower your business. A Spark Business Hub can put you in contact with our local IT partner who can give you a quote for device set up support. 

Yes. You'll be asked to log into your Spark business account before an item is added to your cart. If you don’t have a Business account, follow the online process for new account set up, speak with your local Spark Business Hub or choose to pay by credit/debit card. 

Buying IT hardware from Spark on your Spark account is the best way. Your item(s) will appear on your next bill. One benefit of making a purchase on your Spark bill is spreading the cost of eligible hardware purchases over 12 or 24 months. If you do this, each month on your Spark bill you'll see the number of payments and how much will be paid.

You can also choose to pay by credit/debit card.

The IT hardware you've purchased will show on the next bill that you are due to receive. If you've made the purchase on the 10th of the month and you usually get your Spark bill on the 20th of the month, then it will be on your next bill. If the purchase is on or around the 20th it will appear on the following month’s bill.

Currently, IT hardware purchases are limited to one. We are working to bring quantity ordering to you as soon as possible, thank you for your patience.

If you do require more than one of any devices we have available, please contact IThardwareshop@spark.co.nz and we’ll order these items for you. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

To buy IT hardware from Spark you'll need to log into your account, choose the items you want and add them to your cart. Follow the prompts on the website to enter your shipping details and we’ll follow up with a confirmation email and track and trace details.

Only those who are authorised to log into your Spark business account will be able to make purchases on behalf of your business. 

Shipping is included in the cost of the device. 

As soon as the team have dispatched your item(s) to you, we will send you an email with a track and trace for you to follow. Average shipping times are between 3-5 business days.

You can cancel an order if we haven’t processed it yet. Just reply to the email you’ve received from ithardwareshop@spark.co.nz. We’ll reply to you to confirm if we’re able to cancel your order. If the order has been processed, follow our guidelines for returns.

Unless otherwise stated, Spark has a 7-day change of mind policy for IT devices. You have seven days from the date on the packing slip to contact ithardwareshop@spark.co.nz and arrange for return. You’ll then be provided with a credit on your Spark account for you to spend on any Spark product or service.

If your device was working previously and has stopped, we can have our team investigate and advise on the situation to see if the device is covered by the warranty. Please contact ithardwareshop@spark.co.nz and the team will be happy to arrange for a return and repair if required.

We'll arrange for a courier to collect your device. The price of return will be covered by Spark provided the return is valid and the device does need to be repaired within the warranty. If it is found that the device is in working order then it may be that this price is passed on to you, we will however advise you of this before it happens.

We will organise your return as quickly as possible but the return is processed by our distributor or the vendor directly depending on the reason why you’ve returned the device and the vendor returns policy. They all have their own assessment policies and contact methods and they'll contact you directly with updates. If it’s been longer than seven working days since you’ve had an update, please contact ithardwareshop@spark.co.nz and the team will follow it up for you.
