What you need to do
Ensure that your manager or administrator have sent the return request to us.
You need to remove all your information and data from the device before returning it. If you don't, it may not be reusable for the next person.
How to remove your information
- Turn Find My Phone off.
- Make sure you transfer your data, contacts and photos to your new device.
- Remove iCloud (Apple) or your Google account (Samsung).
- Remove all other accounts and passwords.
Return your device, in the courier bag supplied by us, within 30 days.
