Forgotten Cloud Marketplace login

If you have forgotten your Cloud Marketplace username or password follow these steps.

Forgotten username

Send us an email with the following information to appstore@spark.co.nz

  • Customer number
  • Business name
  • Your contact details

We'll check if you have the appropriate authority and then send your new sign in details to you.

Forgotten password

  1. Go to the Cloud Marketplace sign in page
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter the email address you used to sign up for your Cloud Marketplace account, then click Submit

We'll send you an email with an activation link. The activation link will direct you to a page where you can reset your password.
