Broadband performance monitoring

When it comes to running a business, nothing but the best internet connection will do. That's why we work hard to make sure your connection is the best it can be.

Behind the scenes, we report on the performance of our broadband connections to identify any connections that look like they could have an issue. Issues could be things like a slow connection or frequent disconnections. If you've received an email from our Business Pro Active team, this means your connection has come up on this report.

There are some things we can do on our end to try to solve the issue, but sometimes it could be at your end (for example, with the modem or wiring). This is why we need to get in touch. We need to get your help so we can confirm what you're experiencing and if needed, arrange a time to get a technician to come investigate.
