Starlink app

The Starlink app contains useful information about the Starlink service.

With a Starlink service from Spark, you won’t be able to sign into an account on the Starlink app. However, there's information available within the app without needing to sign in to a Starlink account.

From your mobile device, download the Starlink app using the appropriate link:

The following information can be viewed from the Starlink app:

  1. Access Starlink support topics. (FAQs)
  2. View Starlink terminal status and various status messages
    1. Online
    2. Offline
    3. Booting
    4. Searching
    5. Connecting
    6. No Active account
    7. Invalid Location
  3. View network statistics data
    1. Uptime
    2. Latency 
    3. Uplink/Downlink Throughput
  4. See obstruction data (from satellite terminal location)
  5. Perform speed tests
  6. Access advanced debug data
    1. Starlink ID
    2. Geo-location
    3. Advanced status data

The following configuration can be done from the app:

Starlink Router

  1. Reboot Starlink Router
  2. Perform Factory Reset
  3. Check Wi-Fi Range
  4. See List of connected devices
  5. Add Mesh Node

Starlink Terminal

  1. Reboot the Terminal.
  2. Stow Terminal
  3. Enable Sleep Schedule

For any other configuration changes needed contact Spark Service Desk on 0800 482 290 option 1 then option 3 (for faults), or your dedicated service desk if you have one.

Trouble installing Starlink kit?

If you're having issues, we can send out one of Spark team to complete the installation. You'll incur a charge if a Spark installer is required.
