If you're using a non-Cisco desk phone (such as Yealink), you may notice that contacts don't display automatically. This is a known limitation that Cisco is working to address in a future update.
In the meantime, we have a workaround solution that allows you to display your enterprise contacts on your non-Cisco device using the Virtual Extension feature in Control Hub.
First-time setup process
If your contacts are not showing on your non-Cisco phone, follow these steps:
All connected devices will synchronise the contacts (almost instantaneously), and contacts will be available under the enterprise contacts screen on your device.
Note: Some devices may need to be manually refreshed. On your device, select Options and then Update.
