- Adding New Zealand landline numbers
- Allow up to 48 hours for My Favourites to be added to your home phone
- If you have other calling packs or plans on your landline already, check if they cover calls to your chosen landline or Spark mobile number. If they do, you won’t need to add My Favourites. If you’re unsure, get in touch.
You can only add My Favourites Spark home phone. My Favourites is no longer available to mobile plan customers. If you currently have a My Favourites on your mobile and would like to remove this product, please login to My Spark.
Confirm home phone number
Before adding My Favourites to your Spark home phone, we need to check you are that you are the authorised account holder on your mobile phone.
- You will have to fill in your account details on the next screen (so you may want to grab your bill and refer to it for your account number).

You can easily add, change or remove your My Favourite numbers for your home phone.
Add My Favourites numbers to your home phone
Tell us the Spark Mobile or New Zealand landline number/s that you would like to add to your home phone or mobile phone as My Favourites. Each My Favourites number is $6 per month and you can have a maximum of three on your home phone or mobile. (NB - You get an almost unlimited number of calls to each My Favourites number but calls are capped at 2 hours, after the 2 hour calling cap your usual call charges will apply)

*You can only have up to three My Favourite numbers. Any additional numbers added will need to be disregarded.
Change your My Favourites numbers on your home phone
To change your My Favourites number/s first tell us your existing number and then enter the landline or Spark mobile number that you would like to replace it with.
You can only make changes to your My Favourites numbers once every 30 days. If you are a Total Home customer your package includes national calling so you should only choose a mobile number as a My Favourites number.

Confirmation details
Your email address will be used to confirm that the My Favourites numbers you've chosen have been added. You may also choose to have a text message sent to your mobile phone to confirm (we will not use this email or mobile number for anything else without your permission).
