How do I sign up? 

To use the Spark app, you’ll need to sign in with an email address and password. This will be the same email address and password you use to sign in to MySpark online. If you haven't registered for MySpark, you'll first need to set up your Spark ID online or in the Spark app. Set up your Spark ID

Does the Spark app use data? 

It's zero rated but if you bounce out for payments, for example Poli, it is not zero rated.   

What phone operating systems are supported by the Spark app? 

The Spark app is available on iOS 13 and above, and Android 9 and above.   

The Spark app is no longer available on iOS 12. You can use the Spark app on iOS 13 and above. On iOS 12 devices, please visit to access MySpark in your web browser.

Can I use the Spark app if I am on a corporate plan? 

If you’re on a corporate mobile plan, you can still use the app to check your usage but you won’t be able to manage the account.  

How do I change my password? 

If you would like to change an existing password you can do so by: 

  1. Selecting the ‘Profile’ tab. 
  2. Choose ’Spark ID’. 
  3. Under ‘Security’, next to ‘Password’ click ‘Change’. 
  4. Enter your current password, then your new password. 
  5. We’ll email you to confirm the change was successful.  

If you have forgotten your password you can follow the can't sign in prompt when logging into the app or MySpark.   

How do I view or pay a bill? 

To view or pay a bill you will need to login to the app and select the ‘Billing’ tab. If you have a payment due you will be able to choose to pay, otherwise you can click ‘View latest bill’.   

How can I check my broadband connection and for outages in my area? 

You can use our network diagnostic tool to scan your home connection and diagnose issues. It will then give you recommendations how to fix or optimise. To do this tap ‘Products’ at the top of the app screen, then tap your broadband connection and scroll down to check connection.  You can also select the Connection Promise when in an outage.  To learn more about checking your connection go here

How do I set up roaming? 

Tap the ‘Products’ tab at the top of the app Select your product line (for example Pay Monthly mobile), to view the details page scroll down to view the roaming packs section where you can turn on Auto Buy and view the roaming rates and packs.  Note: Roaming usage can currently only be accessed from MySpark online.
