Under this offer, each account is able to purchase up to a maximum of two Sony TVs.

The total you’ll pay for the Sony TV will be $480, split into 12 or 24 monthly instalments. Rounding may result in varying monthly instalments.

You can’t transfer your Sony TV payments to any other person or account.

The Sony TV may take up to four weeks to ship from the date your Sony TV is ordered. If you terminate your Spark broadband and/or mobile pay monthly services before paying off your Sony TV, you’ll need to pay the outstanding balance on your Sony TV and any plan exit fees.

These Terms and Conditions apply if you purchase the 49" Sony Ultra HD 4K HDR Smart Android TV ("Sony TV") on 12 or 24 month interest free terms on or after 4 June 2019 until stock runs out. This agreement is between you and Spark New Zealand Trading Limited ("Spark" or "us"). These terms apply in addition to your Spark broadband or mobile pay monthly plans terms and conditions and together comprise the Agreement with you.

Promotional offer Terms:

This Sony TV offer is available to existing Spark customers (including staff) who have had a Spark broadband and or pay monthly service for at least one month on the date of this offer, 4 June 2019.

If you terminate your Spark broadband or mobile pay monthly plan, you must pay (provided you do not have any other eligible Spark broadband or mobile pay monthly plan) the outstanding balance on your Sony TV interest free payment plan plus any applicable Spark broadband or pay monthly exit fees.

The monthly Sony TV interest free instalments are not transferable to any other person or account.

This offer may be combined with other publicly available offers on the Spark website that you are eligible for at the date you sign up to this Sony TV offer, except to the extent combination is prohibited in the terms of the other offer.

Your consumer rights

We accept our liability to you for our breach of any New Zealand consumer protection laws, such as the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Spark's Change of Mind policy:

Under Spark's seven day right of return policy, we will accept a Sony TV return that meets the following qualifying criteria.

Qualifying Criteria for Change of Mind Return

  • The Sony TV was purchased within the promotional period specified above.
  • The time limit for the change of mind return has not expired – seven days from the date of delivery at your address
  • The Sony TV is in ‘new condition' – all components are present including packaging with no scratches or damage
  • Your proof of purchase must be included

The Sony TV must:

  • be returned to Spark within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • not be damaged by misuse or abuse apparent from physical damage to the product or its packaging.
  • not display evidence that it has been mishandled or affected by over-voltage, vermin infestation, liquid spill, liquid immersion or splash, or other events that would otherwise affect the customer's claim the product is faulty.
  • not display evidence suggesting the product has been tampered with, modified or otherwise interfered with that would contribute to the product's ability to operate as designed and manufactured.
  • include all accessories provided with the Sony TV.

Change of Mind Return Process

  • Contact us by phoning 123 or visiting a Spark store and provide your contact details, as required. We will arrange a courier to collect the TV from your address.
  • You must arrange the Sony TV with all components, packaging intact and proof of purchase ready for the courier to collect.
  • Upon receipt at our warehouse, Spark will check the Sony TV is in new condition.
  • Your account will be credited for the return of the Sony TV only once it has been received and confirmed to be in new condition.
