What to expect

1. Callback

  • We’ll be in touch within x business days to set up your new account. If we miss you, we’ll try again within 48 hours, or you can call us between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
  • We’ll verify your eligibility and setup/confirm your account details.

2. Setup

  • We’ll get your account/number sorted and ready to be changed over to the Spark Health Plan.

3. Good to go

  • You’ll be connected on Spark Health Mobile.
  • If you have any questions or need support, contact Spark Health Helpline on 0800 222 488 and select option 4.

Have these ready for your call

So we can complete your move to the Spark Health Mobile plan, please have the following on hand:

  • NZ driver licence or passport
  • SIM card or account number
  • Proof of eligibility (refer to the information you received from the organisation offering you the Spark Health Mobile plan)
