- By participating in this Spark Airpoints™ giveaway (the “Competition”), you confirm that you accept and agree to these Competition Terms.
- The Promoter of this Competition is Spark New Zealand Trading Limited (“Spark”).
- This Competition is only open to Spark New Zealand customers 18 years and above, who join or upgrade to an eligible Mobile plan, or purchase a device interest free on an eligible Mobile plan during the Competition period.
- Eligible Mobile plans:
$70 Pay Monthly Endless Plan.
$90 Pay Monthly Endless Plan.

- To be eligible for this Competition, you must be an Airpoints™ member or become an Airpoints™ member, and enter your Airpoints™ details when completing the entry form online during the Competition Period. You can sign up for free on Air New Zealand's website. Sign up to Airpoints™
- This Competition commences at 9:00am on 1 May 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on 30 June 2024.
- Entrants must fill in all of the fields of the Competition entry form and submit the entry form to go into the prize draw.
- All valid entries received by 11:59pm on the final day of the Competition will go into the draw. There are 300 prizes of 1,000 Airpoints Dollars™ to be won.
- Only one entry per customer line is permitted. However, for multiple lines per account (i.e. Team Up customers) each line (mobile number) needs a separate entry with the online form. All subsequent entries will be deemed invalid.
- Winners will be drawn at random via a Random Number Generator within 5 business days of Competition closing, and contacted by Friday 5 July 2024.
- The winners will be notified either in person or by phone and/or email. The winner must remain a Spark customer until the final day of the Competition period to be eligible to redeem the prize.
- Spark is not responsible if you have caused, or are responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries which result in delay or failure to enter you into the draw.
- All entries to this Competition become the property of Spark and will not be returned to the entrants.
- Spark accepts no responsibility or liability for prize winners’ enjoyment of the prize or any other costs and expenses that may be incurred by the prize winners relating to the prize or the winner’s enjoyment of that prize.
- Spark will endeavour to notify selected winners by text, phone or email and arrange to add Airpoints Dollars™ to your Airpoints™ account, but reserves the right to notify selected winners by other means.
- Spark will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners, but if a winner is not able to be contacted or is unable to redeem the prize in accordance with the terms and conditions within 3 business days from the first contact attempt; the prize will be redrawn in their place without liability to any person.
- Once a winner is notified, they must allow up to 10 business days for Airpoints Dollars™ to appear on their Airpoints™ account.
- Prize cannot be resold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Spark takes no responsibility for entries or prizes that are lost or destroyed.
- Accepting a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Spark to using their name, city/town of residence, competition entry and/or photographs for Competition or publicity purposes without compensation.
- The decisions of Spark on all matters relating to this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Spark reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner's right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- In the event that the prize is not available due to events outside of Spark’s reasonable control, Spark may amend the prize offered provided that any substitute will be of an equivalent value to the prize offered.
- To the extent permitted by law, Spark excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition.
- Any personal information collected as part of this Competition will be held by Spark in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, update and correct such information. View Privacy Policy
