How do I add Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

Spark app

1. Open the Spark app
2. Select MySpark from the Menu and sign in if you are asked to
   Note: If you don't have a MySpark account yet, you can follow these steps to create one. Set up and use MySpark
3. Select Subscriptions under the Products section
4. Select Add a new subscription
5. Follow the steps to add Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
   
6. Before you can start using Xbox Game Pass Ultimate you need to activate it. Once you've finished adding Xbox Game Pass Ultimate you'll receive a notification in the next 15 minutes when its ready to activate.

MySpark

1. Sign in to MySpark
   Note: If you don't have a MySpark account yet, you can follow these steps to create one. Set up and use MySpark
   
2. Select Subscriptions under the Products section
3. Select Add a new subscription
4. Follow the steps to add Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
   
5. Before you can start using Neon you need to activate it. Once you've finished adding Neon Standard Plan you'll receive a notification in the next 15 minutes when its ready to activate.

If you don't activate Xbox Game Pass Ultimate within 30 days, it will be cancelled and there will be no refund as there has not been a charge.

How do I activate Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

Spark app

1. Open the Spark app

3. Select Subscriptions under the Products section
4. Select Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
   
5. Follow the steps to activate Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. To complete the activation of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate you'll be taken to the Xbox website to sign-in or create an account.

MySpark

1. Sign in to MySpark
   Note: If you don't have a MySpark account yet, you can follow these steps to create one. Set up and use MySpark
   
2. Select Subscriptions under the Products section
   
3. Select Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
   
4. Follow the steps to activate Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. To complete the activation of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate you'll be taken to the Xbox website to sign-in or create an account.
5. Note: Some internet browsers may block the redirect to Xbox. If you’re having issues getting to the Xbox website to complete your activation, you’ll need to enable pop-ups on your browser or use the Spark app.

If you have an existing Xbox Game Pass subscription, you won't need to cancel it. When you activate your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription with Spark, you can use your existing Microsoft account details, which will transfer it to your Spark account. This means you'll stop being billed for your existing Xbox Game Pass subscription separately when you complete the activation process. You won't be refunded for any overlapping charges.

How do I cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

You can cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at any time. Your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Plan will continue to work until the end of your monthly renewal.
