Schedule of disconnection fees and transfer charges

The schedule below outlines:

• The fees that you must pay if you have agreed to a mobile contract for a minimum term and your contract is terminated.
• The fees that you must pay if you have agreed to a mobile contract for a minimum term and you decide to transfer to a plan on a lower tier or an open term plan during this term.

These fees are a genuine pre-estimate of the losses we suffer when your contract is terminated before the end of the minimum term, or when you transfer to a lower tier plan or an open term plan during the initial period of your minimum term.
