By participating in this Competition (the “Competition”), you confirm that you accept and agree to these Competition Terms.
The Promoter of this Competition is Spark New Zealand Trading Limited (“Spark”).
This Competition is only open to New Zealand residents 18 years and above.
Account Credit Prize Draws Competition
This Competition commences at 9:00 am on 1 May 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on 30 June 2024 with two prize draws, one for May and one for June.
All new to Spark Prepaid customers are eligible when they add a Value Pack to their new Prepaid account during the competition period.
Existing Spark Prepaid customers are eligible when they have an active Value Pack on their Prepaid account during the competition period.
Spark Prepaid customers on Data Lovers, Travel Packs and Casual Rates are not eligible for this Competition.
All eligible entrants must top up their Prepaid account with a minimum of $10 (in one transaction) within the month of the prize draw and fill in all fields and submit the online entry form on the Spark website to be deemed eligible to enter the Competition.
One $10 top up equates to one entry into the relevant Prize Draw. There are a maximum of five entries per customer per Prize Draw. All subsequent entries will be deemed invalid.
Eligible Value Packs for the $50 Account Credits are: $20, $30, $50 and $80 Prepaid Rollover Value Packs.
All valid entries for the $50 Account Credits that are received by 11:59pm on the last day of the prize draw within the Competition period will go into that month’s prize draw. Prize Draws within the Competition period is outlined below:
Valid entries received between 9:00 am on 1 May 2024 and 11:59 pm on 31 May 2024 will be drawn and contacted on 7 June 2024.
Valid entries received between 12:00 am on 1 June 2024 and 11:59 pm on 30 June 2024 will be drawn and contacted on 5 July 2024.
There are 50 prizes of 1x $50 Spark account credit to be won per each prize draw. Account Credits will be applied to winners account within five business days of being notified.
Winners will be drawn at random and notified by SMS, phone and/or email.
Bonus 10GB Data for new to Spark customers
The 10GB Bonus Data Offer commences at 9:00 am on 1 May 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on 30 June 2024.
New Spark Prepaid Customers will need to activate their SIM card and add an eligible Prepaid Value Pack within 7 days. They must also reply ‘YES’ to the automated SMS from Spark to receive the 10GB of bonus data.
Eligible Value Packs for the 10GB bonus data are: $20, $30, $50 Prepaid Rollover Value Packs.
Bonus data of 10GB are for new to Spark Customers only. Bonus Data will be applied directly to the customer's account within 48 hours of the customer responding 'YES' to the SMS. The 10GB Bonus Data will last for 90 days or until you've used it up, whichever comes first. Bonus Data does not roll over.
Bonus $50 Account Credit and 10GB Bonus Data
Spark is not responsible if you have caused, or are responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries which result in delay or failure to enter you into the draw.
Spark accepts no responsibility or liability for any prize winner’s enjoyment of any prize or any other costs and expenses that may be incurred by the prize winner relating to the prize or the winner’s enjoyment of that prize.
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash. Spark takes no responsibility for entries or prizes that are lost or destroyed.
Accepting a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Spark to using their name, city/town of residence, Competition entry and/or photographs for Competition or publicity purposes without compensation.
In the event that the prize is not available due to events outside of Spark’s reasonable control, Spark may amend the prize offered provided that any substitute will be of an equivalent value to the prize offered.
To the extent permitted by law, Spark excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition.
