Xbox All Access offer terms and conditions before 20 June 2023

The terms below apply to Xbox All Access with a physical Game Pass Ultimate subscription token, which was available for purchase before 20 June 2023.

Who can get this offer

This offer is available (while stock lasts) to new and existing Spark customers on any Spark Broadband or Pay Monthly Mobile plan.

Please note: You’ll need fast Broadband and a large data allowance. The minimum requirements are:

  1. Internet: Broadband Internet (a minimum of 1.5 Mbps down/768 Kbps up), a Microsoft account, and an Xbox Live account required for the initial online set-up, downloads/mandatory updates (some significant), and some features (including retention of gameplay settings and information). ISP fees apply.
  2. Game Download File Size: From the Xbox Series S launch, all, or the majority of the games library, will consist of the present library. This has an average game download size of around 20.6GB per game as at April 2020. So you’ll need a large data allowance to be able to use the service. 

When is this offer available

Xbox Series S & Series X are available to pre-order from 22 September 2020, for supply from 10 November 2020 as per the official launch date, and while stocks last. Details on stock supply beyond this official launch date will be added to our web pages once known.

What you get

Eligible customers who sign up to the Xbox All Access offer (Offer) will get:

  1. An Xbox One X, Xbox One S, Series X or Series S console, depending on the package purchased; and
  2. A 24 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate token (Token). Once activated this provides unlimited access to over 100 games, including online multiplayer. Included games will vary over time and game download sizes and minimum recommended connection speeds will likely increase over time. For present game details see xbox.com/en-NZ/xbox-game-pass/games. You will need fast Broadband and a large data allowance. The minimum requirements are:

Other important terms

  • Cancelling early: You’ll need to pay the remaining balance of the Offer if you cancel before the interest free term ends or no longer have an eligible mobile or broadband service with us.
  • Xbox Game Pass Ultimate token: The Token is included in the console box and must be redeemed with a Microsoft account to activate the service. Token must not be transferred or resold.
  • Additional Terms: Microsoft terms and Xbox terms apply.
  • Ongoing subscription: When the Token expires, you will be presented with the option to continue with an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription directly with Microsoft at the standard in market rate, currently $19.95 per month.
  • Purchases on your Xbox: Spark is not liable for any fees or purchases incurred through your Xbox account. All purchases made on the console itself will be billed to the credit/debit card attached to your Xbox account.
  • One Offer per account: There’s a limit of one (1) Offer per Spark account.
  • Personal information: You consent to us sharing your personal information with Microsoft to the extent necessary to provide the Offer to you, and for Microsoft to confirm to Spark that you have redeemed the Token. You agree that we may contact you and request feedback on this offer.
  • TV: Game play requires a compatible TV (not included). A 4K TV and Xbox One X or Series X console are required to access 4K features.
