Spark Arena has an incredible line-up of acts in 2024. Here are some of our most anticipated:

Queens of the Stone Age - 29 February

Expect heavy riffs and high octane rock 'n' roll thrills when Josh Homme and his bandmates rock up to the Arena, later this month. QOTSA have an increasingly bumper back catalogue of tunes to delve into, so expect one or two surprises.

This might just end up being the feel good gig of the summer.

Likely to appeal to: Rockers who like their riffs with a little attitude.

Blink 182 - 2 March

The Californian pop-punks have reunited their classic line-up, and are coming to Spark Arena in March. The fellas have recently dropped a new album, which is a surprisingly successful mix of bratty pop-punk tunes and (somewhat) world weary, emotional lyrics.

Combining sing-a-long punk anthems with their trademark juvenile humour, Blink will make you forget your age this March.

Likely to appeal to: Punks, young and old, who like their tunes with a side-order of frat-boy humour.

Jerry Seinfeld - 24 June

This June, the legendary US comedian is performing live on Kiwi soil for the first time in seven years, and only the second time ever. Jerry's long running sitcom 'Seinfeld' is multi-award winning and considered one of the best ever, so these laughs are sure to live long in the memory.

Get merry with Jerry at Spark Arena. Hey, maybe Kramer will even pop by for a visit if he's in the neighbourhood.

Likely to appeal to: Quick witted, sharp suited, comedy lovers with a penchant for superb satire.

Tenacious D - 26 July

Jack Black and Kyle Gass will be blasting into Spark Arena this July, bringing their unique brand of theatrical rock 'n' roll magnificence and unhinged comedy. The D have been rocking out for some time now, so expect a slick slice of entertainment that'll have you bopping in the aisles.

Grab some tickets so you can rock up and pay tribute this winter.

Likely to appeal to: Those who want to rock-out AND writhe with laughter, all in one night.

Iron Maiden - 16 September

Devil horns at the ready, groundbreaking U.K. heavy metal royalty Iron Maiden are coming to blast the roof off Spark Arena this September. Expect sabre rattling metal anthems that'll have your head moshing so hard you might suffer whiplash.

You never know when legacy artists like this will hang up the axe for a final time so, if needs be, make a deal with the devil to ensure you don't miss this must-see musical moment.

Likely to appeal to: Metallers, moshers, anyone remotely musically motivated.

The Wiggles - 28 September

The Australian children's TV entertainers have conquered the globe over the last couple of decades and, whatever your age, you've got to admit they have some superb sing-a-long toe tappers.

Fun for all of the family is guaranteed when you sing, dance and groove with this zany bunch at Spark Arena this September.

Likely to appeal to: Your kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews...plus, all who're big kids at heart.

Take That - 14 November

The Mancunian boy band were huge in the 90s and their subsequent reunion tours seem to have, somehow, taken them to even greater popularity. Take That have an undeniable collection of crackers for your live listening pleasure.

This is one gig you'll never forget if you're lucky enough to pop along, and bop along, this November.

Likely to appeal to: Your mum, your aunt, your sister-in-law, anyone who was a pre-teen or teenager in the 90s.
