Spark stores and Business Hubs are open to the public but operating with additional safety protocols. These are in line with the relevant traffic light Covid framework in place for that region.

These include:

  • Wearing of masks
  • Limiting the number of people in store
  • Maintaining social distancing and hygiene requirements.

To keep our people and customers safe, contact tracing when entering our stores or Hubs is mandatory. This can be done either by scanning the Government’s Covid Tracer QR code which is displayed at the entrance of all stores and Hubs, or by sharing your details with our team on our manual contact tracing register.
Information collected on our manual register will be held securely by Spark and deleted after two months.  We will only share this information with the Government’s contact tracing team or public health officials if the store or Hub is identified as a location of interest andor where it’s okay to under the Privacy Act 2020.If you are not comfortable sharing this information, we respect this decision, but regret that we cannot allow you to visit our Spark stores or Hubs during this time and request that you please contact us by other means.
Additionally, customers who are feeling unwell with cold or flu like symptoms, or are currently being tested for, diagnosed with or have been identified as a close contact of someone with Covid-19, are advised to remain at home in isolation and may not be permitted to enter Spark stores.
