Spark stores at Alert Level  2

For Wellington, which is currently at Alert Level 2, Spark stores including Willis Street, Cuba Mall, Queensgate, North City (Porirua), Kapiti (Paraparaumu) and Masterton (Wairarapa) remain open to the public, but opening hours may vary.

However, to keep our people and customers safe, stores are operating with additional safety protocols such as limiting the number of people in store and maintaining social  distancing and hygiene requirements in line with the Government’s Alert Level 2 guidelines.

Additionally, those customers who are feeling unwell with cold/flu like symptoms, are currently being tested for, diagnosed with or have been in close contact with  someone with COVID-19, are advised to remain at home in isolation and may not be permitted entry to Spark stores.

Customers who are unable to shop in store can sign in to  MySpark online, use the Spark  app, chat with us or call our customer care team on 123. 
Our online store is operating as per normal. Hardware purchases can be made via the Spark website and shipped by courier.   

Business Hubs at Alert Level 2

Like our retail stores, Wellington Spark Business Hubs including Hub Manawatū, Hub Wairarapa, Hub Hutt Porirua and Hub Wellington are open during Alert Level 2 but with additional safety and hygiene protocols in place such as limiting the number of people in the Hubs, social distancing and contact tracing.

Spark stores at Alert Level 1

For the rest of New Zealand, which is currently at Alert Level 1, Spark stores are open to the public. All stores have QR codes for the Government Covid Tracer app on display.
