Set up and manage Wix

Find out how to add, activate and manage Wix with Spark.

Add a Wix plan

MySpark

1. Sign in to MySpark
   Note: If you don't have a MySpark account yet, you can follow these steps to create one. Set up and use MySpark
2. Select Subscriptions under the Products section
3. Select Add a new subscription
4. Follow the steps to add Wix
5. Before you can start using Wix you need to activate it. Once you've finished adding Wix you'll receive an email notification in the next 15 minutes when it's ready to activate.

Spark App

1. Open the Spark app
2. Select MySpark from the Menu and sign in if you are asked to

3. Select Subscriptions under the Products section
4. Select Add a new subscription
5. Follow the steps to add Wix
6. Before you can start using Wix you need to activate it. Once you've finished adding Wix you'll receive an email notification in the next 15 minutes when it's ready to activate.

If you don't activate Wix Premium within 30 day it will be cancelled. Charging starts on activation, so no charge will be applied

MySpark

1. Sign in to MySpark
2. Select Subscriptions under the Products section
3. Select Wix
4. Follow the steps to activate Wix.

Spark App

1. Open the Spark App
2. Select Subscriptions under the Products section
3. Select Wix
4. Follow the steps to activate Wix.

How to manage my Wix account

You can set up other users to manage the Wix account.

Move your Wix site content between Wix accounts

For instructions go to support.wix.com and search for Transferring a Site to Another Wix Account.

Before you can transfer Wix site content to another Wix account, you will need to either be on a Wix Starter plan or the site you want to transfer will need to be removed from the paid Wix plan.
