Business Endless Group Plan and Business Endless Companion Plan Terms

This Spark mobile open term plan is available for Spark business. The Business Endless Group Plan and Business Endless Companion Plan are designed to work in combination with each other on the same customer account. Each plan is considered its own mobile line.

  • Business Endless Group Plan: Endless data (max speeds reduced to a maximum of 1.2Mbps after allocated data allowance exceeded per line, no tethering or hotspots included unless you buy a Hotspot extra or if Hotspot data is included in your plan), talk, SMS, Spotify Premium. Restricted to one plan per account and enables the ability to add up to three Business Endless Companion Plans.
  • Business Endless Companion Plan: Endless data (max speeds reduced to a maximum of 1.2Mbps after 40GB, no tethering or hotspots included included unless you buy a Hotspot Extra or if Hotspot data is included in your plan), talk, SMS, half-price Spotify Premium. Can only be bought if a Business Endless Group Plan is active on the customer's account. Maximum of three companion plans per account.

The Business Endless Group Plan and Business Endless Companion Plan must all be on the same account number and will be subject to the same billing cycle.

Your billing cycle won’t change if you add plans part way through your billing cycle. However, if you add a mobile plan part way through a billing cycle you'll be charged for a part month so that we can bring all your lines into sync with your next bill.

 


  • In the event that a Business Endless Group Plan has no Business Endless Companion Plans added on the same account, the account holder will be notified within 10 days. The account holder may choose to remain on the Business Endless Group Plan or contact Spark to:
    • Change the Business Endless Group Plan to a Business Endless Mobile Plan or other Business Postpaid mobile plan
    • Add up to three Business Endless Companion Plans
  • In the event that the Business Endless Group Plan on an account is inactive or removed, Spark will take one of the following actions on a customer’s account and notify the account holder:
    • In the event there's more than one Business Endless Companion Plan, the oldest Endless Companion Plan on the account will be upgraded to a Business Endless Group Plan
    • In the event there's only one Business Endless Companion Plan on the account, this remaining plan will be upgraded to a Business Endless Mobile Plan

  • Your data:
    • Endless data for personal New Zealand use on your mobile only
    • It can only be used by other devices if you buy a Hotspot extra or if Hotspot data is included in your plan (Hotspot extra is bought on a per line basis)
    • Excludes roaming data. Max speeds reduced to a maximum of 1.2Mbps after allocated data usage at max speeds, per line per billing cycle. The reduction will only impact a user that's exceeded their allocated data. Other Business Endless Group Plan or Business Endless Companion Plan users that haven't exceeded their allocated max speed data won't be affected. You'll still be able to use your data, but you'll experience some degradation (such as lower video resolution) when watching video, streaming or loading images.
  • Calls and SMS:
    • You get unlimited calls and SMS to standard New Zealand and Australian numbers (you need to be texting or calling another person). Unlimited SMS include person-to-person messages to NZ & Australian numbers only and excludes MMS (e.g. picture messaging) and non-data video calling.
    • Excludes premium, special numbers and roaming
  • Machine-to-machine services:
    • Tethering, mobile hotspots or any other similar activity that Spark considers to be non-standard personal usage is prohibited (Prohibited Usage). If we consider you're engaging in Prohibited Usage we may ask you to stop such usage. If it continues, we may remove your subscription immediately with notice.
  • Network management:
    • Service may be slowed, suspended, terminated or restricted for misuse or interference with our network
    • Spark reserves the right to remove the offer or the plan from the market (and recommend migration to the best alternative plan) in accordance with our standard terms
  • Plan transfer:

  • Discounts and offers: Plan may not be eligible for offers, credits or discounts
  • Billing: Your billing cycle won’t change if you add plans part way through your billing cycle. However, in the event that you add a mobile plan part way through a billing cycle you'll be charged for a part month so that we can bring all your lines into sync with your next bill.
