Before you can use call diversion, you need to set up diversion numbers on your landline. There are nine spots you can use to set up your diversion numbers: 161–169.

Note: If you have a dual number set up, diversions from this number won't occur. If you divert a call outside of your free calling area, it won't be included in your free national calling minutes.

  1. From your landline, dial 181, followed by the slot number you want to use, eg, 161
  2. Enter the phone number you want your calls to divert to, followed by the # key
  3. Once you hear a tone that has one long beep, a short beep and another long beep, then end the call
  4. Do this for each number you want to divert to

Turn on call diversions

  1. From your landline, dial the slot number for the number you've set up to divert to, eg, 161
