Change Fibre broadband speed
Find out how to change the Fibre broadband speed of your Unplan or Unplan Netflix plan in MySpark. You can do this once per month. Your existing contract term will continue.
If you have Fibre broadband but you're not on an Unplan or Unplan Netflix plan, you'll need to change your broadband plan and choose a new speed. Go to change broadband plan
Change Fibre broadband speed in MySpark
- Sign in to MySpark
- From the overview page select My Broadband
- Select More ... from the menu near the top right
- Select Change Speed
- Select the speed you want to change to
- Confirm your change
- Your new speed will be active within 48 hours
