IoT Bridge: Device management

Sign in to IoT Bridge and select Device Insights in the left-hand menu.
Find the device you want to check by either scrolling through the device list, using the search bar or navigating to it via the Groups menu on the top bar.
Choose the device by selecting it.
Select Insights on the top menu bar to see a visualisation of the data captured and whether any alerts have been triggered.
Select the sensor measure you want to display, date range and whether you want to map alerts onto the chart.
If you need to analyse the data further use the CSV Export button to download a copy of the data.

Sign in to IoT Bridge as an admin and select Devices in the left-hand menu.
Select the device by either scrolling through the device list or using the search bar.
Select Device on the top menu bar to see its details.
Go to Device Photos and select Edit Photos.
Select the type of the photo you want. You can upload a photo of the device and/or a diagram of the device's location.
- Photo size should not be larger than 5MB
- Photo should be in one of the following formats: jpg, png, gif or webp
Select Submit.
