IoT Bridge: Activate account

  1. Check your email for an activation link you would’ve received from admin@iot.spark.co.nz - check your Spam/Junk folder if you cannot find it in your Inbox.
  2. Click on the link in the email to go the IoT Bridge login page.
  3. In the login window enter the email address to which you have received the activation link invitation. Don’t close this window.
  4. Check your email for the verification code email with the subject line “IoT B2C Prod account email verification code” which has been sent from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com
    Check your Spam/Junk folder if you cannot find it in your Inbox.
  5. Back at the login window enter your email and the verification code, and click “Verify code”
  6. Once you see the message “The code has been verified”, click “Continue”
  7. Setup your new password. Password requirements:
    • Between 8 and 64 characters
    • At least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
    • A number
  8. All done. Sign in with your email and password.
