Check your mobile usage


Keeping an eye on your mobile balance and usage is simple.


How do I check my balance?

Visit 'MySpark for mobile' either online or on your handset via the MySpark icon.


MyMobile

Using the MyMobile application on your mobile you can check your balance on the go, plus keep an eye on the amount of minutes, texts and data (MB's) you have used.

MyMobile pages are free of data charges if you are viewing them on your mobile while in New Zealand. These pages will be identified by a green dot and/or the word 'UNMETERED' at the top of the page.

You'll have access to:

  • your balance
  • included mobile minutes
  • details of your mobile plan
  • usage meters for included minutes, text and data balances
  • the last 12 transactions from your mobile phone
  • management of Roaming Smart Caps and Alerts
  • Prepaid top-ups

If you do not have the MyMobile application pre-installed on your mobile, you can also access MyMobile by clicking the Yahoo! TWorld soft key on your mobile or the web browser on your mobile, scrolling down and selecting Spark. Charges may apply to access the Yahoo! TWorld pages.

You can also check account information in MySpark

One of the easiest and fastest ways to get access to a range of online account information, including your account balance, is to register for MySpark.

You'll have access to:

  • your balance
  • your payment history
  • details of recent calls you've made
  • data usage meters
  • online billing
  • and more

Prepaid customers

As well as the MyMobile service, if you're on Prepaid you can call *333 or the Prepaid Helpdesk on 0800 32 32 32.
