Learn about ANZ View Bills

View Bills allows the ability to receive, view and pay your Spark bill within the ANZ goMoney app, making it easier to stay on top of your Spark bills. 

View Bills is a free service that integrates Spark billing with ANZ. Within goMoney, you can view your Spark bill details, including the amount and due date, make payments, and view your payment history to Spark (if you've paid via View Bills). 

To use the View Bills service, you must have: 

  • An active Consumer Pay Monthly mobile plan  
  • A MySpark sign in that has owner access to the Pay Monthly account 
  • An Android or iOS device 
  • The latest version of ANZ goMoney and meet ANZ's eligibility criteria 

View Bills set up is initiated within ANZ goMoney. You simply request a connection within ANZ goMoney, under the payments menu 'View Bills', by providing the requested customer details. You'll then need to approve the request within MySpark. 

To use the ANZ View Bills service with Spark, customers must accept the terms and conditions

You need to provide your mobile number: 

  • ANZ will prepopulate your mobile ('Pay to Mobile' number), if needed you can update this 
  • If you don't have a Pay to Mobile number with ANZ, you’ll need to register first  
  • This mobile needs to be on a Spark Consumer pay monthly plan 

And email address: 

  • You'll need to enter your email address  
  • This email needs to match your MySpark sign in
  • This email also needs to have owner access to the Spark Consumer pay monthly plan 

Your request to approve the connection with Spark can be accessed via email or in MySpark, where you can accept under the Bill Preferences section. This expires within 24 hours. 

If the request, is not accepted within 24 hours. You'll need to disconnect in ANZ goMoney and then connect to Spark again, then approve within MySpark or via the email we sent you.

Sign in to MySpark and navigate to the Bill Preferences section. Here you can Approve, or Decline the connection to ANZ View Bills. 

Once consent is approved, it can be disconnected at any time in either the Bill Preferences page in MySpark or the View Bills page within goMoney.
