Manage my communications from Spark

Find out how to make changes and manage the communications you receive from Spark.

Promotional communications

You can choose whether you’d like to be kept up to date with the latest offers and promotions from Spark. When signing up, tick the opt in box if you want to receive exclusive offers and other marketing and promotions from us and our partners.

You can opt out of promotional emails using one of these ways:

  • Update your preferences in MySpark. Manage promotional email settings
  • Choose Unsubscribe on marketing emails
  • Reply STOP in response to a marketing text message
  • Get in touch with us to opt out of all communications. Message us

Service messages and notifications

Sometimes we may send you messages about products or services you have with Spark. You can’t opt out from receiving these, but you can manage notifications about things like data usage and purchased extras. Customise your notifications in MySpark.

  1. Sign in to MySpark
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Mobile settings or Broadband settings

Your Spark bill 

You can choose whether to receive your bill by post or email. You can also set up a bill due notification text or email to get a reminder three days before your bill is due.
