Manage my communications from Spark

Find out how to make changes and manage the communications you receive from Spark.

Promotional communications

You can choose whether you’d like to be kept up to date with the latest offers and promotions from Spark. 

You can opt out of promotional emails by updating your settings in MySpark online. Or you can opt out of all promotional messages by getting in touch with us. You can also select 'Unsubscribe' on marketing emails or reply STOP in response to a marketing text message.

Service messages and notifications

Sometimes we may send you messages about products or services you have with Spark. You can’t opt out from receiving these, but you can manage notifications about things like data usage and purchased extras.

To manage notifications in the Spark app:

  1. Open the Spark app and sign in. If you haven't got the app you'll need to download it first. Download the Spark app
  2. Select Menu
  3. Select Settings 
  4. Select Alerts & Notifications

To manage notifications in MySpark:

  1. Sign in to MySpark
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Mobile settings or Broadband settings

Your Spark bill 

You can choose whether to receive your bill by post or email. You can also set up a bill due notification text or email to get a reminder three days before your bill is due. You can do this, and update your billing contact details, in MySpark online or by getting in touch with us.
